Develop and maintain a shared services model within the HR function, manage HR information systems, and collaborate with HR COE's to enhance employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience in HR service delivery or HR operations.
- Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, communication, and strategic planning skills.
