Human Capital Operations Professional

KKR is seeking a Human Capital Operations Professional to support employees with work-related data, onboarding/offboarding processes, and general HR coordination in Boston, MA. The role will collaborate with global teams including Human Capital, Corporate Services, and Technology to enhance HR processes and contribute to system improvements. The position focuses on AMER region operations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial or professional services.
• Strong working knowledge of MS and Excel.
• Understanding of HR processes and regulations in the AMERICAS.
• Experience managing processes and data in Workday, Greenhouse ATS, and ServiceNow strongly.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Clear intellectual curiosity and drive.
• Systems thinking and proactive problem-solving.
• Self-starter with high energy and a strong work ethic.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit.
