This Human Pharma Service Engagement Manager role is a non-line manager focused on driving customer centricity and engagement through omnichannel solutions. Requirements Summary

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (MBA a plus). 8-10 years exp in project management, digital services, and customer engagement. Fluent in Japanese & English
