This contract role is for a Hypercare Engineer specializing in M365 support during a post-migration migration project. The engineer will focus on resolving user issues, performing break-fix activities, and advancing to L2 troubleshooting across M365 workloads, collaborating with the hypercare lead, and improving future migration processes.

Requirements

  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for M365 migrations, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and break-fix activities for migration-related issues.
  • Manage and resolve tickets using an ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow) according to escalation protocols.
  • Collaborate with the M365 Hypercare Lead.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
  • Support the creation of user-facing FAQs and KB articles.

Requirements Summary

5+ years M365 exp. Strong troubleshooting skills. ServiceNow experience preferred. Excellent communication skills
