The Hypercare Engineer will provide specialised technical support during the post-migration hypercare period of a major M365 tenant-to-tenant migration project. This role requires high-level experience resolving user issues and performing advanced troubleshooting across the M365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. The engineer will collaborate closely with the M365 Hypercare Lead.
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise across the M365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Hands-on experience with an ITSM tool (preferably ServiceNow)
- Understanding of tenant-to-tenant migration processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills
- Proactive and user-focused approach
Requirements Summary
5+ yrs M365 exp. strong M365 expertise (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams). ServiceNow experience needed. Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
