Hyperscaler GTM Operations Director

ServiceNow is seeking a Hyperscaler GTM Operations Director to lead strategic programs, drive operational excellence, and facilitate program execution within their Hyperscaler ecosystem. This role focuses on pipeline growth, partner enablement, and partner success, requiring strong experience in GTM operations and program management in enterprise SaaS and technology companies. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, cross-functional alignment, and impactful customer and seller experiences.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• 10+ years of experience in Strategic Program Management, GTM Operations, Management Consulting, or Business Transformation roles within high-growth enterprise SaaS or technology companies.
• Deep understanding of GTM motions and the lead-to-cash lifecycle.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic, cross-functional initiatives.
