Keystone Solutions is seeking an IAM Analyst to join a long-term consultancy mission with our client in Brussels. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work closely with the client’s architect and program manager to define and coordinate tasks that deploy a unified Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution.

Requirements

  • Professional experience as an IAM Analyst or Consultant delivering enterprise IAM initiatives.
  • Hands-on exposure to SailPoint or a similar enterprise IAM/IAG platform.
  • Strong understanding of Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, identity lifecycle, and entitlement management.
  • Practical knowledge of RBAC, role engineering, and SoD design and enforcement.
  • Experience integrating IAM with Entra ID (Azure AD) and ServiceNow.
  • Experience integrating with HR referential systems as authoritative sources.
  • Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance requirements relevant to IAM.
  • Ability to coordinate tasks across architecture, program management, and technical teams.
  • Language requirement: fluent French and English.
