IAM Engineer

The IAM Engineer will support the Identity and Access Management (IAM) function within the organisation, ensuring secure and efficient management of user identities, access privileges, and authentication mechanisms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Operations or IAM-related roles, preferably in financial institutions or related industries
• Understanding of access control principles and IAM lifecycle processes
• Familiarity with IAM tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar platforms
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks applicable to the financial sector in Singapore, including MAS guidelines, GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, and other relevant data protection and access control standards
• Exposure to cloud platforms and IAM integration (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
