IAM Security Engineering Lead/Sailpoint Development Lead , Vice President

We are looking for an IAM Security Engineering Lead/Sailpoint Development Lead, Vice President to join our technology function, Global Technology Services (GTS). The role will involve leading a team of Sailpoint engineers, working with business teams, and driving architectural and design discussions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in cybersecurity, and expertise in Sailpoint, ServiceNow, Azure/AWS Cloud.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter with a keen sense of ownership and commitment to work, and passion for delivering results
• Bachelor Degree (BS)
• Experience working within Cybersecurity in large financial organizations
• Demonstrated experience architecting, designing & implementing large-scale IAM Systems
• Technology expertise in one of the core programming languages (Java, Python, etc)
• Vendor software experience such as Sailpoint, ServiceNow, Azure/AWS Cloud
