The IDAM InfraOPS and 2nd line support manager will manage the engineering team responsible for maintaining and operating IDAM infrastructure (CyberArk, SailPoint, etc.). This role involves owning and managing vendor relationships, leading the team through agile ceremonies, and driving innovation. The manager will also contribute to service availability and promote an environment of productivity, quality, transparency, and incremental improvement.
Requirements
- Manage and success of a geographically dispersed team.
- Own and manage the platforms and infrastructure of the IDAM tribe.
- Maximize the Squad’s ability to deliver Sprint goals.
- Identify, track, removal, and escalation of blockers at Squad level.
- Support the Squad to remain focused on the Sprint goals.
- Provide relevant input to support each Squad member’s development and performance needs.
- Fluent in English
