This IDAM InfraOPS and 2nd line management position will oversee the engineering team responsible for maintaining and operating IDAM infrastructure, including CyberArk and SailPoint. The role involves product ownership, vendor management, ensuring quality and security, and supporting the team's agile ceremonies. The manager will also lead squad-level development and proactively identify and resolve challenges.
Requirements
- Management and success of a geographically dispersed team
- Owning the platforms and infrastructure of IDAM tribe
- Quality and security driven as well as a critical mindset
- Effective communication skills – fluency in English
- Eagerness to learn and ability to perform tasks independently
- A team mentality
- Experience in ServiceNow as a ticketing tool (preferred, not necessary)
