The IAM Security - Staff IT Analyst will have exposure to multiple security disciplines relating to the Identity Access Management (IAM) & Access Certification program. This role focuses on access security controls, automation, and identifying and implementing process efficiencies that support the Company’s growth and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with equivalent experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of working IT experience in a professional setting, including IAM and Access Certification is required
- Working Knowledge of IAM processes, IAM tools, technologies (e.g., Active Directory, SailPoint, ServiceNow, CyberArk, Confluence) is preferred
- Working Knowledge of regulatory and audit requirements (e.g., SOX, LAM, IA) is preferred
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability in a fast-paced environment
- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of Banking & Financial Services is preferred
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with a demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and drive collaboration across stakeholders
- Ability to explain complex information to colleagues using clear, simple language
- Experience in PowerShell, SQL, and Python is preferred
- Experience in PowerBi is preferred
- Experience in Azure DevOps is preferred
- Intermediate to Advanced experience in MS Excel (Data Entry, Formatting, functions, VBA, Pivot table creation and manipulation) is required
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio) is required
- Good understanding of project management principles and practices such as Agile, Kanban, and Scrum
