Identity Access Management (IAM) Security Specialist

The IAM Security Specialist will support access certifications efforts, data quality, and process improvements in the IAM Security/IT organization. This role focuses on access security controls, automation, and identifying process efficiencies to support the company's growth and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree with equivalent experience
• 1 year of working IT experience in a professional setting, including IAM and Access Certification
• Working knowledge of IAM processes, IAM tools, technologies (e.g., Active Directory, SailPoint, ServiceNow, CyberArk, Confluence)
• Working knowledge of regulatory and audit requirements (e.g., SOX, LAM, IA)
• High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
• Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Intermediate to Advanced experience in MS Excel (Data Entry, Formatting, functions, VBA, Pivot table creation and manipulation)
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio)
