To uphold the security, compliance, and reliability of our digital infrastructure, we are seeking a qualified candidate for the Identity Service Manager role. This position is critical for overseeing the lifecycle of digital certificates, which are integral to secure communications, system authentication, and data protection throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Serve as the Service Management Representative for the Enterprise Identity team, collaborating with service leads and managing requests in ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
- Build relationships with global customers to understand their needs, communicate demands, and gather feedback through scheduled meetings.
- Resolve complex issues by collaborating with engineering, architecture, network, and business teams.
- Maintain vendor relationships and oversee budget and performance metrics for the Enterprise Identity team.
- Support the regional leader in managing and securing Identity services across member firms, including PKI/certificate management and addressing escalations.
- Represent PKI services in planning meetings, develop the Identity pillar training curriculum, and implement process improvements.
