Requirements
- Higher Education in IT Administration
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of HelpDesk experience as a N1 technician and IT technical support
- Telephone support to users
- Experience with incident management tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or similar
- Experience with remote control tools (VNC, Teamviewer, etc.)
- Support for customers operating systems (Windows 10, 11)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 incidents
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory
- Resolution of computer incident problems
- Installation/Configuration of microcomputer equipment
- Troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- Printing of the network
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and network technologies
- Teamwork and self-organization skills
- Basic proficiency in English
