IRIUM is seeking a professional with experience in ITIL process management and support. The role involves utilizing ITIL process management, ServiceNow, and JIRA, along with Dremio (SQL) and monitoring tools like Dynatrace and ELK. The candidate should have experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile principles, and CI/CD tools.

- Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Mastery of Agile principles and ceremonies
- Handling of integration and continuous delivery tools (CI/CD), such as GitLab, Jenkins, and DBT
- Experience with orchestrators such as Autosys, Airflow, Reflections
- Knowledge of Unix (Shell scripting)
- Minimum experience: 2 years and up
- English level: B2
