ILUNION SERVICES IT is seeking a N2 Level IT Services Technician (Madrid) to resolve Level 1 incidents, offering IT services and support to users on infrastructure with Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft 365, and applications provided by customers. This role involves handling user calls, logging requests, diagnosing and solving technical problems from both hardware and software, and providing direct customer interaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Administration (ASIR).
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, as a N1 technician and computer technical support to users, logging requests and diagnosing and solving technical problems from both hardware and software.
- Telephone support to users.
- Using ticketing tools such as Jira, Remedy, ServiceNow, etc.
- Using remote control tools (VNC, Teamviewer, Radmin, ISL, etc.).
- Support for customer operating systems, primarily Windows 10 and 11.
- Basic technical knowledge for Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Sharepoint, Teams, Outlook, Exchange, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
- Problem solving of Microsoft 365 system incidents.
- Installation / Setup of microcomputer equipment.
- Wiring of equipment, images, backups and restores.
- Installation of peripheral devices.
- Hardware / Software incidents Resolution (replacement of memory, hard drive, power source, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and networking technologies.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.
