ILUNION SERVICES TI is seeking a professional to join their IT Services team in Madrid. The role involves resolving Level 1 incidents, providing IT services to users, and resolving technical problems on Windows, Microsoft 365, and applications. This includes user support, ticket management, and troubleshooting, potentially including hardware/software issues.
Requirements
- Senior Formative Study in Information Systems Administration (ASIR)
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk as a Level 1 technician
- Experience with incident management tools like Jira, Remedy, ServiceNow
- Experience with remote control tools (VNC, Teamviewer, Radmin, ISL)
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10 and 11
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and networking technologies
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
- Basic knowledge of printer configuration
- Basic knowledge of smartphone device configuration
- Teamwork and self-organization skills
- English: Basic Level A2, recommended Level B1
