The Incident Manager will own the incident lifecycle, detect and address system issues, work closely with the help desk team, and share technical details to aid in troubleshooting. They will also manage ongoing efforts to maintain applications in production, including troubleshooting and documenting application performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a leadership role in operational environments
  • 4+ years of experience with technical report writing
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of incident response processes, SOPs, Playbooks, and cyber investigative TTPs
  • Ability to effectively communicate findings and solutions to leadership and stakeholders
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 or DoD 8140 compliant certification
