Requirements
- Previous experience in technical support analyst, NOC operator, service desk specialist, support coordinator, shift lead, problem analyst, or change coordinator.
- Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and security systems.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Minimum of 3+ year of familiarity and expertise in IT, with a related career in IT as a systems engineer, electronics, and knowledge in programming languages and operating systems.
- Knowledge in Infrastructure and security systems monitoring
- Knowledge in ServiceNow
- Knowledge in OBMC by Remedi for monitoring.
- Knowledge in Jira for task and incident tracking.
