The Incident Manager at Kyndryl is responsible for leading the resolution of critical incidents, ensuring the operational continuity of IT services for strategic clients.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in technical support analyst, NOC operator, service desk specialist, support coordinator, shift lead, problem analyst, or change coordinator.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and security systems.
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Minimum of 3+ year of familiarity and expertise in IT, with a related career in IT as a systems engineer, electronics, and knowledge in programming languages and operating systems.
  • Knowledge in Infrastructure and security systems monitoring
  • Knowledge in ServiceNow
  • Knowledge in OBMC by Remedi for monitoring.
  • Knowledge in Jira for task and incident tracking.
