We are looking for an experienced Incident Manager to become the pillar of IT crisis resolution for our clients, responsible for end-to-end management of critical incidents to ensure rapid and efficient service restoration.
Requirements
- Mastery of ITIL processes: ITIL Foundation V3/V4 certification is a significant asset
- Good understanding of production environments: general knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), network and application architectures
- Mastery of an ITSM tool: proven experience on ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Easyvista, etc., for ticket tracking and management
