We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cloud Consultant, Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring system health, managing backups and restores, handling tickets, and coordinating with customers and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations.
Requirements
- Experience working with computer systems, networking, and operating systems.
- Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with IBM i OS, Work Management, BRMS, ROBOT, and Halcyon tools.
- Experience or coursework involving monitoring tools and ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
- Experience iwth backup and disaster recovery processes.
- Recent graduate in Computer Science or related field.
