Abacus Technology is seeking an Information Security Analyst to support security and information assurance activities at Hanscom AFB. The role involves supporting the Host Based Security System (HBSS), troubleshooting and repairs, and reviewing processes. The analyst will also analyze vulnerability scans and deploy patches. The position requires a US citizen with a current Secret clearance.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in information security.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Security+ CE certification.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/11).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
- General knowledge of HBSS, ACAS, and ARAD.
- Knowledge of PowerShell.
- Experience with a trouble ticket system (Remedy or ServiceNow).
- Proficient with computer, network, and server hardware.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of an organization.
- Keen attention to detail.
- US citizenship and a current Secret clearance.
