Information Security Tech Lead Analyst, VP

The Information Security Tech Lead Analyst is a senior level professional position responsible for driving efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and software
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Proven influencing and relationship management skills
• Proven analytical skills
• CheckPoint and Palo Alto firewall and intrusion detection devices
• BlueCoat and Squid proxies
• Zscaler SASE and ZTE
• Active Directory
• Networking and routing with BGP
• Traffic analysis: tcpdump/pcap/wireshark
• Linux/Unix
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Change, Incident and Problem Management
• Experience utilizing ServiceNow is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative capability with attention to detail and ability to work in a demanding and environment
• Exhibiting a high degree of flexibility and ability to multi-task, seeking guidance where necessary
• Strong communication skills, including verbal and written skills
• Ability to work as part of a team with remote colleagues in other countries
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields preferred
• Relevant Certifications: CheckPoint, Palo Alto firewalls. CISSP or CCNA/CCNP as a plus.
• Master’s degree preferred
