NCS is seeking a ServiceNow Software Developer/Consultant to manage and maintain ServiceNow Platform for Customer projects. The role involves application of ServiceNow software patches, support of post-implementation tasks, and collaboration with stakeholders to improve IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, and Project and Portfolio Management practices. NCS emphasizes adventure, excellence, integrity, ownership, and unity.
Requirements
- Diploma /Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT field
- At least 1 year of experience with implementation and / or support of ServiceNow / ITIL
- 1 or more years of experience in IT industry, with hands-on experience in ground up implementation and supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linus (RHEL), Windows Server 2029
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python,etc
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good people management skill
- Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Able to work after office hours if required
