Infrastructure Administrator

Foxhole Technology is seeking an Infrastructure Administrator to support day-to-day IT infrastructure operations on a Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity program. This role is ideal for individuals early in their IT careers who are eager to gain hands-on experience in enterprise environments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT system administration, technical support, or related fields
• Active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret
• Familiarity with Windows Server and/or Linux operating systems
• Basic understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Foundational knowledge of networking (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Exposure to infrastructure monitoring and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
