Infrastructure and Platform Architect - L2

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow CMDB Architect with a deep specialization in ServiceNow Discovery and robust CMDB governance. This pivotal role will be responsible for defining, designing, and overseeing the strategic vision and implementation of our ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Architect and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB, aligning it with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and enterprise IT strategy.
• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping solutions to automate CMDB population and dependency mapping.
• Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive CMDB governance policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data quality, ownership, and lifecycle management.
