Infrastructure and Platform Management, Lead

Interac is seeking a Lead Infrastructure and Platform Management to enhance, optimize, and resiliency of core infrastructure services. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in infrastructure systems, a strong focus on service reliability, and a commitment to continuously improving system performance and availability.

Requirements

• Developing and maintaining infrastructure roadmaps with a focus on service resiliency and operational maturity.
• Engineering and optimizing backup and disaster recovery infrastructure using Commvault and Dell Data Domain.
• Designing and enforcing backup and retention policies to align with compliance, audit, and business continuity objectives.
• Conducting regular restore and failover tests to validate readiness and strengthen DR posture.
• Driving initiatives to modernize and automate infrastructure operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance system observability.
• Troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and lead root cause analysis to improve long-term stability.
• Partnering with development, platform, and security teams to ensure infrastructure scalability, security, and performance meet product needs.
• Building and maintaining operational runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base documentation to improve team readiness.
• Participating in major incident management and on-call rotation to support service uptime and responsiveness.
• Ensuring compliance with RPO/RTO, internal control, and security standards across infrastructure systems.
