Infrastructure Automation Engineer (Remote, Puerto Rico)

RTX Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Database Platform Automation Engineer to join our team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions for our database platforms. You will work closely with our database administrators, developers, and IT teams to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our database systems.

Requirements

• Develop and implement automated processes for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and developers to identify automation opportunities and requirements.
• Design and implement scripts, tools, and frameworks to automate infrastructure operations and workflows.
• Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Implement and maintain system backup and recovery solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in infrastructure management.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.
• Document automation processes and procedures.
• Provide Level 3 Support
• Knowledge of integrating with work-flow automation platform (ServiceNow)
