Requirements

• Design and build intelligent agent workflows that coordinate specialized AI agents through controlled orchestration frameworks.
• Engineer end-to-end multi-agent pipelines — from data retrieval and reasoning to evaluation.
• Integrate Generative AI models (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or fine-tuned internal models) for reasoning, enrichment, and contextual decision-making.
• Develop robust back-end services and APIs (Python or ServiceNow) to expose and manage agent operations.
• Build intuitive UIs and dashboards (Service Portal, React, or Angular) to visualize agent performance, explainability, and curation metrics.
• Leverage retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) strategies to ground AI reasoning in factual context.
• Apply observability, logging, and traceability across all agent workflows to ensure reproducibility, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, and engineers to translate automation goals into resilient agentic systems.
• Participate in code reviews, post-deployment analysis, and production debugging to maintain system quality and stability at scale.
