Requirements

  • Developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automation and operational tasks
  • Supporting Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune for device management and compliance
  • Helping administer Microsoft 365 (M365) services and contributing to modern workplace initiatives
  • Performing basic SQL queries and assisting with reporting using Power BI
  • Learning and applying API integration concepts for automation and system interoperability
  • Providing support for Windows client infrastructure, including troubleshooting and configuration
  • Participating in ITIL-based processes for incident and change management using ServiceNow
  • Assisting with security-related tasks, including Zscaler configuration and monitoring

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
