Infrastructure Engineer Sr - Digital Employee Experience Team

PNC is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to improve the end user experience by proactively identifying and solving problems. The ideal candidate will work across the organization to identify opportunities to enhance end user productivity and avoid/incident reduction and increase the effectiveness of our support organization.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using SQL, PowerShell, and 1E SCALE
• Develop and maintain reports with Power BI for analytics and operational insights
• Integrate APIs for automation across enterprise platforms
• Design Solutions for Windows Core Infrastructure, focusing on client operating systems and related security configurations
• Collaborate on ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management using ServiceNow
• Support enterprise security initiatives, including Zscaler and other endpoint security technologies
• Drive modernization efforts, aligning with Microsoft's Modern Workplace strategy to enhance user experience and productivity
