Retail Online Production Support Analyst

This role involves providing production support, coordinating both IS&T problem-solving and business recovery tasks. The analyst will drive change to build fault tolerance in tools and systems, proactively identify issues, and deliver operational improvements. They will act as a liaison between business partners, technical teams, and IT operations.
