Evernorth is looking for an Infrastructure Engineering Advisor to join their innovation hub in Hyderabad, India. As a ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer, you will design, develop, implement, and maintain Performance Analytics solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will play a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization by transforming raw data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Performance Analytics
- Experience with ServiceNow Platform Analytics, including configuration and analysis
- Familiarity with ServiceNow UI Builder and experience creating custom user interfaces
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
