We are seeking an Infrastructure Monitoring Lead to oversee the end-to-end life cycle of managed environments, including installation, configuration, management, support, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience with infrastructure monitoring, patching, and automation products, preferably BMC products.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience with infrastructure monitoring, patching, and automation products
- Experience with end-to-end life cycle of managed environments
- Multi-platform Operating Systems knowledge (Windows, Linux, AIX etc)
- Ability to manage projects end to end
- Effective communication skill
- Desire & ability to learn & grow
- Functional knowledge of ServiceNow integration (preferable)
