Infrastructure Leader - Global Hosting Services job is responsible for the strategic direction, engineering oversight, operations, and lifecycle management of distributed and enterprise hosting platforms across the organization. This includes Wintel server environments, compute, and storage hardware, enterprise operating systems (AIX, Linux, UX), and database hosting technologies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure or hosting roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information technology, or related field
  • Strong understanding of compute and storage hardware, virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware), and enterprise database hosting
  • Familiarity with middleware platforms and job scheduling tools (e.g., Redwood)
  • Knowledge and working experience with IT Service Management platforms and capabilities (ServiceNow)
  • Ability to communicate complex technical services and support information clearly and confidently across all levels of the organization
