This is a job description for an Infrastructure Services Sr Analyst responsible for administration of incidents or requests related to Feedhub and Informatica Applications, as well as other technical tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in providing support to customers using incident, requests, problem and change management
- Minimum of 2 years experience on application technologies and products in area of focus such as Azure, Weblogic, JBOSS, CaaS, Feedhub, Informatica, Autosys, Feedhub, CyberArk, ServiceNow or its equivalent
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree
