The IT Support and Platform Administration Engineer will act as the technical point of contact for software and databases during the CAD 911 support phases and possible expansions, ensuring the correct implementation of the software solution and translating customer requirements into technical specifications.
Requirements
- Technical responsible to ensure the product life cycle of CAD in the client, in relation to central IT subsystems.
- Responsible for the administration and configuration of software and databases through a complete set of skills, including experience primarily in Windows Server, Linux, SQL Server, and others.
- Knowledge of networks, firewalls, servers, WAN, LAN, and PC platforms.
- Experience in problem-solving, database management, network monitoring, and ITSM platforms.

Requirements Summary
