The SAP N1 Junior Support Engineer is responsible for providing first-level technical support, including issue diagnosis, resolution, and escalation. The role involves using ITSM tools, managing tasks, and proactively identifying risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP and WEB applications.

Requirements

  • Engineer, technician, or student in systems engineering, electronics, or related fields
  • Minimum of 6 months of Service Desk Support experience (L1)
  • Knowledge of SAP and WEB applications
  • Maneuvering of ITSM tools (Solman, Servicenow, Jira, among others)
  • Knowledge of SLAs fulfillment
  • Basic ITIL knowledge
