Requirements
- Provide basic technical support as 'smart hands' in infrastructure and applications
- Follow up on SLA in the assigned ticket tool (ServiceNow)
- Offer in-person support to users, applying effective communication skills
- Meet client policies and standard IT procedures
- Support hardware and software (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile phones, IP phones, virtual conference rooms)
- Handle incidents such as Break-Fix both on-site and remotely
- Participate in business projects such as infrastructure assignments, equipment renewal (PC Refresh), device cleaning, and cybersecurity incident response
- Collaborate with the team to resolve operational challenges and daily tasks
- Support the creation and maintenance of procedure documentation
- Show willingness to learn and develop experience in Field Services activities
- Develop technical skills through practical experience
