DXC Technology is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide on-site technical assistance in infrastructure and application services. The role involves direct interaction with users, collaboration with the team, and participation in business projects related to infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Requirements

  • Provide basic technical support as 'smart hands' in infrastructure and applications
  • Monitor SLAs in the assigned ticket tool (ServiceNow)
  • Offer on-site support to users, applying effective communication skills
  • Meet client policies and standard IT procedures
  • Support hardware and software (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile phones, IP phones, virtual conference rooms)
  • Handle incidents of the type Break-Fix both on-site and remotely
  • Participate in business projects such as infrastructure assignments, equipment renewal (PC Refresh), device cleaning, and cybersecurity incident response
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve operational challenges and daily tasks
  • Support the creation and maintenance of procedure documentation
