NEORIS is a Digital Accelerator seeking an Incident Response Engineer to manage technological events and incidents, ensuring service quality and compliance. The role involves incident lifecycle management, root cause analysis, process documentation, and coordination with Banco Pichincha applications. This is a 24/7, in-person position.

Requirements

  • Service management in large institutions
  • Management of technological vendors
  • Incident resolution/management
  • Proven experience in resolving technological incident resolution
  • Problem management
  • Proven experience in research and testing
  • Change management
  • Capacity Management
  • ITILv3-v4
  • Wintel platforms, Unix, BDD Architectures of Telecoms
  • Experience and knowledge in ITSM tools and observability (Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Grafana, Zabbix, etc.)
