Oracle is seeking a Canadian Principal Analyst to manage complex, cross-organizational programs for strategic customers. The role involves system stability, technical troubleshooting, incident response, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Experience in financial services, particularly banking, is preferred, with a focus on production environment management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT production support or operations
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Database Administration, Oracle Fusion Middleware WebLogic Server Admin and Cloud Technologies
  • Proficiency with ITSM/incident management tools (e.g., Observability & Management, Jira, ServiceNow, Splunk)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across databases, cloud architecture, security rules, and application infrastructure
  • Experience with deployment, release management, and change control processes
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation and usage of AI tools (plus)
