Intern - Associate Technical Portfolio Analyst

ServiceNow is looking for a 12-week internship opportunity for students in London or Staines offices in the UK. The role of an Associate Technical Portfolio Analyst is part of ServiceNow Impact, personalizing customers' digital transformation journey on the Now Platform and accelerating customers' time-to-value.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university working on a relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, IT for Business, Computer Science or a similar
• Must be a student for the full duration of the internship and returning to college for at least one semester following completion of the internship
• Must be available to start in May OR June 2026
• Commit to the full-time 12 weeks (3 months) Summer internship duration
• Experience in evaluating or integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving through AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or assessing AI's potential impact
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills
• A passion to continually learn new areas of the Now Platform through instruction and self-training
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and collaboration tools e.g., PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
• Ability to build meaningful business relationships with ServiceNow customers, prospects, and internal colleagues
• An ambitious, creative, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to think big and deliver projects from conception through completion
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a self-managed environment
• Highly organized and efficient
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, and ability to adapt in a flexible and fast-paced environment
• A basic understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings is a plus
• Previous internship experience is a plus
