International HR Operations Director

The International HR Operations Director is a strategic and hands-on leader who oversees the delivery of efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR services on a global scale. This role is responsible for establishing and managing employee service centres in the US, UK, and EU and other international locations.

Requirements

• 5 + years defining and managing a global team spanning 5 locations over 10 countries.
• 5 + years defining and enhancing operational processes for organizations that are 8,000+ employees.
• 10+ years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on global HR operations.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team is required, with a track record of leading leaders.
• 3+ years of international experience is required, with a focus on setting up and managing global service centres.
• Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms is required; experience with Workday is a must.
