IT - Regional (End-user) Support Engineer

The Regional IT engineer looks after all Trivium locations in his/her respective region, providing first and second level support and continuous improvement of IT services. They will also work actively with central infrastructure, application and security teams as needed.

Requirements

• Advanced graduate degree and excellent academic record (e.g. Master)
• Educational background and experience in IT, Security, and Solution Engineering in Enterprise environments
• 3+ years of experience in an office environment, preferably at an international company
• Experience working in an IT ticketing system such as ServiceNow is preferred
• Ability to work in a collaborative global team
• Fluency in English verbal and written presentation skills
• A valid driver's license and ability to travel to all sites within the region when required
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies and principles
• Broad knowledge of supporting Microsoft and its interconnection products
• Excellent knowledge in supporting hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile phone and printers)
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Entra-ID
• Broad knowledge of technical best practices to plan and deploy new solutions
• Strong technical fluency, ability to manage stakeholders from a different technical background
