The IT - Regional (End-user) Support Engineer provides first and second level support and continuous improvement of IT services, End-user support, and serves as a single point of contact for multiple locations and users. The Regional IT engineer also works actively with central infrastructure, application and security teams as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in an office environment, preferably at an international company
  • Experience working in an IT ticketing system such as ServiceNow is preferred
