Requirements
- Ensure a consistent standard of customer service is maintained, both onsite and remotely
- Collaborate seamlessly with the Corporate IT team to deliver top-notch IT support services across all Tipico Group offices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Troubleshoot and address hardware, operating system, and software issues for Windows, Mac OSX, Windows, and mobile devices, including data recovery
- Manage user accounts, groups, passwords, and mailboxes in corporate systems such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, InTune, JAMF, Exchange Servers (Office 365), and other specified systems
- Maintain operational documentation, including Knowledge Base articles and Standard Operating Procedures
- Contribute to the enhancement of IT Service Management standards and processes
