Tipico is looking for an IT Administrator (m/f/x) to join our team. Grow with us, introduce us to new ideas, and develop products that maximise the thrill of sports for our customers.
Requirements
- Experience. +3 years of proficiency in an IT Administration environment
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Azure Active Directory is a mandatory prerequisite.
- Service Excellence. Demonstrated strong customer focus and familiarity with IT Service Management/ITIL standards and processes
- Robust Skillset. Proficient in Active Directory, Microsoft Admin Portal, Microsoft Office applications, PowerShell, and scripting
- Hardware Knowledge. Familiarity with both PC and MAC equipment
- Ticketing Systems. Experience with ITSM applications such as JIRA Service Desk and ServiceNow
- Network Understanding. Basic knowledge of LAN and WAN setups
- Language Skills. Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in German is an advantage
