We are seeking a highly proactive IT Administrator with excellent organisational and people skills to support a global IT Consultancy. Key responsibilities include desktop and technical support, networking and server infrastructure management, anti-virus and security management, ticketing system management, Office 365 administration, Active Directory management, virtualization, mobile device management, and documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in IT administration or technical support
- Strong experience in desktop support, networking, server infrastructure, and system administration
- Hands-on experience with VMware, Hyper-V, and virtualization technologies
- Proficient in Office 365 administration, including user account management, licenses, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Active Directory management and security policies
- Strong knowledge of anti-virus systems, security practices, and vulnerability management
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms)
- Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) platforms and mobile security practices
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
