Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Mgmt. Module (ITAM)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with asset management software and tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of relevant compliance regulations
- 3+ years of Asset Management experience
- 3+ years of experience working within a datacenter environment
- 3+ years of experience in an IT Operations role
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently under pressure, prioritize, and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and process discipline
- Experience with IT Ticketing and Asset Management applications like ServiceNow
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong ability to analyze data with in-depth knowledge of IT asset lifecycle
