IT Asset Analyst

Contributes to the overall success of the U.S. IT Asset Management team in the U.S. ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of IT Asset Management (ITAM) experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in working with inventory discovery tools and infrastructure management tools used to manage asset inventory data.
• ITAM best practices and process improvement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience using reporting tools to build complex reports.
• Recent ServiceNow and CMDB experience.
• Must have quality documentation and report writing ability and experience (MS Office Suite skills).
• Passion, commitment and ownership attitude.
• Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communications and relationship management skills.
• Develop best practices and ensure adoption within the team
• Measure success using metrics and KPI’s
• Document processes and daily routines
• Periodically work nights and weekends as needed
